A site plan application does not move forward because the drawing set is simply large. It moves forward when municipal reviewers can understand the proposal, verify the technical information, and confirm that the site can be built and serviced as shown.

A Stormwater Management Report and related drawings should agree with the proposed grading and servicing design.
The stormwater strategy may address:
